The conference will be held on the main campus of Newcastle University, which is located within the city centre of Newcastle upon Tyne.

• Newcastle central station has services (direct or indirect) to all UK stations
• The university campus is a short (~ 20 minute) walk from the central station, or the local Metro service can be taken to Haymarket

Flights

• Newcastle International Airport has good, regular, travel links to Europe
• There are multiple flights per day to major hubs at Schiphol and Heathrow
• The Metro system can be used to travel to the university from the airport (~20 minutes from Airport to Haymarket)

Local Transport

The Tyne and Wear metro serves the local area, and the closest station to the university campus is Haymarket. See more information about the metro here.
