The call for abstracts is now closed. Outcomes on all abstracts have been sent to authors.

Presentation Information

All authors should prepare a powerpoint presentation to last no more than 15 minutes. This will be followed by up to 5 minutes of questions from fellow delegates. 

On the day, authors should bring their presentations on a USB drive or on a laptop. There is the option to use the installed PC in the conference room, or plug in a laptop using an HDMI cable. 

If uploading the presentation this should be done well in advance of your talk. 

A member of our team will be on hand in each room to assist. 

Keynote presentations

Keynote presentations will have a total slot of 45 minutes, with a presentation of around 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of questions.
