Dr Philippa McGregor is an HCPC-registered Performance Psychologist with extensive experience supporting athletes, leaders, and teams across elite sport and high-performance environments. She has held senior consultancy roles within organisations including Fulham Football Club, Manchester City, the City Football Group, and The Football Association, and currently works with Newcastle United Football Club and Durham County Cricket.

Her work focuses on building sustainable high performance through effective leadership, collaboration, and organisational culture. She is recognised for her ability to translate psychological theory into practical, applied strategies that support performance in complex environments.

Dr Sam Porter is a performance psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting elite athletes and teams across professional sport, including Chelsea F.C., Emirates GBR, Ineos Britannia, Haas F1, and Leicester Tigers. He also works across high-performance programmes, supporting leaders in sectors such as finance, technology, and construction.

Currently working as a high-performance coach at Mindflick, Sam integrates research and applied practice to develop tools that enable rapid and meaningful performance improvement. His work focuses on how effective coaching can unlock existing strengths to create immediate and lasting impact.
