Cath Shearer is the Athlete Environment Lead at Sport Wales. She has worked as a practitioner psychologist for over 20 years and has provided sport psychology support to over 20 sports preparing for Olympic Games and Major Championships. In this time, she has worked within multi-disciplinary teams at 6 Commonwealth Games and 3 Paralympic Games. Cath has a particular interest in how sports create environments where both athletes and coaches thrive.
