Emma is a HCPC registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist currently working as the Head of Academy Performance Psychology at Aston Villa Football Club. Emma completed her degrees at Coventry University and Loughborough University, before completing supervised training through the BASES SEPAR pathway.

Emma has previously worked with England Para football, and has worked with athletes within swimming, boxing, rugby, hockey and equestrian sports, from grassroot to Olympic level.
