Ian is the current Head of Basketball with Newcastle Eagles Community Foundation (ECF) over-seeing coach and player development and leading the Academy. He is also a Level 3 Advanced Basketball coach and coach tutor. He is the former Head Coach of Newcastle Eagles in the British Basketball League, winning three national finals (Trophy, Cup, Playoff Championship), ten years with the team as assistant and head coach winning 11 National finals. Five years on the coaching staff with Great Britain u18s teams attending five European Championships.
