The paid car park near the Frederick Douglass Centre, called The Garage (NE4 5QB), includes 15 accessible bays. It can be reached from the Corporation Street: see Map to the multi-storey car park "The Garage".

There are also accessible street parking bays located on Bath Lane/Willington Street outside The Catalyst and The Core as pictured below. However, please note these are public parking spaces, so cannot be reserved in advance.
