The meeting will take place in the Frederick Douglass centre (2, The Helix, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 5TG). The building is accessible for wheelchairs and includes nursing and prayer rooms.
The Frederick Douglass centre is part of Newcastle University, but is located off campus (10-min walk from the main University campus, 15-min walk from Newcastle central station). The building is in the city centre and is easy to reach on foot from city centre hotels, or via the Metro (Newcastle's light rail transport system) to St James, Monument or Haymarket stations. The city centre is compact: walking somewhere never takes longer than 20-30 minutes.
Maps of the campus and city can be found here.
