Steve Caughey is Director of the National Innovation Centre for Data. Previously, he was CEO of Arjuna Technologies and Technical Advisor for Newcastle's Cloud Innovation Centre.

Steve co-founded Arjuna Technologies Ltd. in 2002 and served as its CEO. Prior to founding ATL Steve worked as a software engineer and system's architect for a number of telecommunications companies before joining the influential Arjuna research team at Newcastle University.
