Mia Mokrovic

Mia is a trainee sport and exercise psychologist with a supportive, athlete-centred approach shaped by her growing experience across football-focused research and applied work. She is beginning Stage 2 of her professional training, continuing to broaden her applied skills as she furthers her development as a practitioner.

Now in her second year with the Psychological Insights into Coaching Practice conference, she serves as Conference Chair. She leads speaker engagement and programme development, helping to guide the overall direction of the event. Her work centres on creating a welcoming, thoughtfully curated conference experience that brings together coaches, practitioners, and researchers in collaborative ways.

This approach carries into her communication as well. Those who receive her emails will quickly notice her warm and personable style, often accompanied by a smiley at the end of her messages, as she hopes everyone feels welcomed into the PIICP community and supported throughout their conference journey.
