I’m in my final year of Undergraduate studies at Newcastle University. I’m passionate about the importance of psychological wellbeing, and last year I completed a placement year working as a Sport Psychology Research Assistant, which in part involved working with coaches to provide them with resources to enhance the psychological functioning of their teams. I was involved in the organisation of the conference last year and found the day to be very informative, so I’m really looking forward to hearing this year’s speakers.
