This year’s ICRM attracted scholars from Australia, USA, and Europe. Prof. Evert Gummesson (on photo, together with the host, Prof. Fred Lemke) started the event with his academic keynote on “Relationship Marketing: What it was, What it is, and What it will be”.
Dr. Beverly Wagner’s editorial keynote on “How to get published and what to avoid” highlighted the insight from the editor’s vantage point. Both keynotes entered into lively debates.
As the event drew to a close, a panel decided on the “Best Paper Award” - it went to:
* Best Paper Award: Gabriela Alvarez, Hugh N. Wilson, Colin Pilbeam, and Richard Wilding, Cranfield School of Management, “The evolution of sustainability network structure and governance"
