10th September: Doctoral Colloquium and Awards

The doctoral colloquium (8th September) is always a vital part of our event and we had good debates with the young scholars. A panel awarded the following three contributions:

  • Best Paper Award (Doctoral Colloquium): Wenjiao (Ruby), Zhang, Newcastle University Business School, “How outraged customers react: the consequences of customer rage in service failure and intervention strategies”
  • Certificate of Appreciation (Doctoral Colloquium): Lisa Murray and Mark Durkin, UIster Business School, “From Discrete to Relational Tweeting: On the integration of Twitter into Relationship Banking”
  • Certificate of Appreciation (Doctoral Colloquium): Elina Petersone, Allard C.R. van Riel, Jörg Henseler, and Ellen Roemer, Hochschule Ruhr West, “An investigation into the facilitators and the barriers of organisational adoption of integrated solutions: the case of battery electric vehicles"
