Sahar was born in England and raised in Iran. She moved back to the UK when she was 14 to continue her studies. She started her BSc in Biomedical Science at Royal Holloway but changed her direction after studying the field for two terms.

She attended Queen Mary university of London after and graduated with a BSc in Computer Science. Sahar Fatemi is currently a Data Analyst at the Premier League. She is a the only female Data Analyst who is working in the Premier League.
