Preliminary programme information

IT information

All conference rooms are equipped with a PC (with USB ports) running Windows 7 and PowerPoint 2010, connected to a digital projector, with additional VGA, Ethernet and 3.5mm mini-jack inputs to connect your own laptop if desired. Mac users please note that we do not have Thunderbolt to VGA adapters available, so you will need to bring your own. We recommend that you bring your presentation on a USB data stick. Get in touch if this isn't possible. We strongly recommend downloading any video files for your presentation in advance, as the connection in the conference rooms  sometimes struggles with streaming content.
