By registering for TEI2022 you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation of Event

If for unforeseen circumstances we are forced to cancel the TEI2022 conference, we will attempt to give as much notice as possible, and either schedule another date for the conference or refund registration fees. No compensation will be paid for any additional costs you may incur under such circumstances, such as travel and hotel costs.

Refunds

If you have registered but then are unable to attend the TEI2022 conference then please notify us at tei2022@ncl.ac.uk. Each registration has a non-refundable administration charge of £50.

If you email us to notify us that you desire a refund on or before 29 August 2022, then we will refund your entire registration fee, except the non-refundable administrative charge of £50. If you email us after this date we will be unable to refund any part of your registration fee.

This refund policy applies only to the registration fee and not to any other costs such as travel or hotel.

Abstracts

All abstracts of contributions to the TEI Conference and Members' Meeting 2022 are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY 4.0): https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

Recording

By registering for the TEI Conference and Members' meeting 2022, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and slides, in the recording academic activities at the conference. These videos and pictures may be modified and published by the Newcastle University on behalf of the TEI-C for making available to the public the academic activities of the conference, and for reporting on the conference to funders and the public, and promoting further conferences.

Furthermore, you agree that your registration data (name, affiliation, contact data) may be used by the organisers of the next TEI-C Conference and Members' Meeting for informing you about that event and other activities related to the event.
