The workshop and conference registration fees include attendance of the scientific programme, conference materials, coffee and lunch on the workshop and conference days, as well as the Welcome reception on Tuesday, 10 September.

The Conference banquet on Thursday, 12 September is included in the registration fees, excluding the workshop only registrations and conference student registrations (cost for the banquet tickets 120 EUR).

The Exhibitor fee includes only the booth at the exhibition during the main conference. Exhibitors can buy the meal package, which includes coffee and lunch on the conference days, as well as the Welcome reception on 10 September and the Conference banquet on 12 September.

Note! The 'early bird' registrations must be made by 7 July 2019.

Late registration deadline is 1 September 2019. After that registration is possible only on site.

Authors should register before 3 June with regular registration fee!

Student fees apply only to undergraduate, graduate and PhD students. Please present your student card/certification upon arrival to the conference.

Booth at the exhibition during the main conference costs 700 EUR.

The registration fees are not subject to VAT, except tickets for additional social events/meal packages (VAT 24 %)

Methods of payment

1. Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard) From the online registration form, you will be forwarded to PAYTRAIL for electronic payment. No transaction fee.
2. PDF Invoice A PDF invoice will be sent to your e-mail after you have submitted your registration. A transaction fee of 10 EUR will be added.
3. E-invoice (for Finnish payments only) An e-invoice will be sent to the given e-invoicing address. A transaction fee of 10 EUR will be added.

Please make sure to give the correct invoicing address. An extra invoicing charge of 5 EUR will be added in case a new invoice is processed (revised PDF or e-invoice due to wrong address, or otherwise modified).

All payments must be made in euros (EUR).

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to info@aboaservices.fi before 1 August 2019. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.

In the event that the meeting is cancelled by the Meeting Organizers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the Meeting Organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Meeting Organizer shall be limited to that refund.
