Hotels near the Conference Venue

Paris has very many hotels, of course, and there are lots close to the Gare de Lyon, which is directly opposite the Conference venue. However, room rates can be high in the capital of France, especially in the Summer – and a football match in the Euro2016 competition will be played at the Stade de France just outside Paris on the Monday just prior to the Conference.

On this page we provide tables – and a map – of nearby hotels which have allocated a block of rooms to the Conference. The first instance of the table supplies a web link for each hotel, the address, the approximate distance from the venue (in kilometres) and the rate per night. Note that small changes in these rates may occur (e.g. to include breakfast or for two persons sharing).

The second table, for the same hotels, gives the date on which the block of rooms will expire, the e-mail address and the contact name for enquiries. All enquiries must state the code RSSRail 2016. If rooms are still available, then you should receive a booking form from your chosen hotel with full details of the offer; returning this form to the hotel will book your accommodation. Please note that cancellations may be subject to penalties, as stated on the booking form.

These six hotels are each holding a fixed number of rooms until the date stated, or until they have all been booked – so early reservation is strongly recommended. After the closing date, standard rates will apply.
