Richard J Boys Memorial Workshop

The RJB Memorial Workshop is a special meeting, hosted by Newcastle University, to celebrate the life and work of Professor Richard Boys, who was a huge presence within the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics until his untimely death in March 2019. The workshop was scheduled to take place on Tuesday 16 June 2020. However, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the workshop has been postponed until Monday 20th June 2022The programme of speakers will include some of Richard's collaborators and peers, who will give talks on areas in which Richard worked, in particular statistical issues in computational and stochastic systems biology, and inference for partially observed stochastic processes.
