Northern and Yorkshire Rheumatology Meeting 2022

The Annual Northern and Yorkshire Rheumatology Meeting.

This is the time to start looking ahead to our Annual Meeting which we very much hope will be an 'in person' event held once again at the Railway Museum in York.

PLEASE SAVE THE DATE

Wednesday 21st September 2022

Welcome to the website for the Northern and Yorkshire Rheumatology Meeting.

This event is free to delegates from the Northern and Yorkshire Deaneries and their related Universities.  However we do need people to register for the event.  This helps us in the planning of the event, plotting which rooms are best to use, organising the catering and making sure we comply with Health and Safety regulations.  This year we have limited capacity at the venue so that registration is more important than ever.  Please follow this link to register: https://forms.ncl.ac.uk/view.php?id=14703252

This meeting serves as the only combined Regional Meeting across the Northern and Yorkshire regions and is very well supported by everyone.

Feedback from participants of this meeting has been extremely good on the meeting's educational content, achieving learning objectives and opportunities for discussion and networking.  We have also had very good feedback about the meeting location and the meeting facilities are generally deemed to be excellent or good.  Invited speakers have uniformly received excellent feedback.  The participants include all rheumatology trainees and consultants as well as research staff and Allied Health Professionals working within Rheumatology across both regions.

We have a prize for the best Basic Science and the best Clinical Presentation.  The deadline for Abstracts is 1st September 2022.  Please see Abstract page for details of how to submit.

CPD points will be applied for.

Certificates of Attendance and Certificates of Presentation (where applicable) will be emailed after the meeting.

Should you spot any mistakes or have any queries please contact fms.pas.teamlead@newcastle.ac.uk

Many thanks to everyone who attended the virtual 2021 meeting.
