Call for papers

Our 'call for papers' has now closed.

You will have the opportunity to hear fantastic presentations from experts and peers from across the country.

Delegates are welcome to bring along poster presentations to display at the conference even if you did not submit an abstract prior to the deadline. Please use the form below to submit the abstract and bring your poster along.

Abstract submission

Trainees at all levels are encouraged to submit an abstract for poster or oral presentation. This is an opportunity to practice abstract writing, poster design and presentation skills. Abstracts can be about planned, in-progress or completed research projects. You could even submit an abstract about other projects or aspects of your time as an ACF. The submission form is not structured into headings but feel free to add subheadings if you like. No other restrictions are placed on the topics, as we want everyone to have an opportunity to present the work you are doing.

Prizes

Abstracts will be assessed for originality, rigor and clarity. In the poster category there will be prizes awarded for the project, impact and poster design. For oral presentations there will be prizes for project and impact, but also awards for the presentations.

We're excited to announce that the overall abstract winner will receive a free place at the Society of Academic Primary Care Conference 'Evidence and Innovation in Primary Care' in Oxford 2015, Wednesday 8th to Friday 10th July 2015.
