Call for Abstracts

Abstracts are invited for the British Aphasiology Society Conference 2021. Abstracts are welcomed on any area relating to the study and management of aphasia resulting from stroke, brain injury, dementia or other conditions.

Abstract Information

We also welcome new abstracts, for a variety of presentation types- live, pre-recorded, poster, etc.

Abstracts should be submitted no later than 30/04/21. 

Abstracts must be structured, using the following headings: background, method, results, discussion (or similar). The word limit is 400 words and authors can cite up to 4 references (excluded from word count). Abstracts must not contain figures or tables. Abstracts will be reviewed anonymously. Authors will be notified by the end of May 2021.

If you submitted an abstract for the conference planned in September 2020, we will be in touch with you directly. There is no need to resubmit your abstract.
