Registration
Paid registration covers full attendance at the conference and all breaks, lunches, and a copy of the Proceedings as published by Springer. Also included are the welcome reception on Tuesday evening, and the banquet dinner at Le Train Bleu on Wednesday evening.

To register and pay for this event, please download the Registration Form.
After completion this can be submitted by e-mail, by fax or by post, as indicated on the form. Payment by invoicing, bank transfer, or by cheque can be notified using the registration form.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card details by e-mail, so to pay by credit card there is a separate, additional Credit Card Form which we must ask you to post or fax to us – or provide credit card details by telephone.
