Beverly Wagner
Dr. Beverly Wagner is Editor of Supply Chain Management: An International Journal – a well-established international journal with ABS 3* recognition, reflected in one of the highest impact factors of all journals by the Emerald Publishing Group. The journal is targeted at academics and practitioners working on all aspects of vertical coordination and process integration. It promotes the exchange of knowledge, experience and new ideas between researchers and practitioners and encourages a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional approach to the resolution of problems and the exploitation of opportunities within supply chains that extend beyond the buyer-supply interface.
Beverly also serves on the Editorial Board for a number of journals including European Management Journal and International Journal of Operations and Production Management (ABS 3*). She regularly serves as co-editor of special issues for other high-impact journals (e.g., International Business Review, ABS 3*).
Given her strong grounding in business and academia, coupled with her unique writing and communication skills, she acted as management consultant for a number of leading companies (including Conoco UK Limited, Shell Expro UK, BP, etc.).
At ICRM, Beverly will clearly demonstrate the ways of getting published. As Editor, who reads manuscripts on a daily basis, she is eager to support authors to reach their full writing potential and not to get caught by the high desk-rejection rate. The Editorial Session “How to get published and what to avoid” will be very interactive and will open ICRM delegates a unique window to understand the mechanics behind the writing and publishing scene.
