To submit an abstract you must first register at the following address:

Please make a note of your password!
Once you have registered, you can access your account by going to the following page and entering your email as your username and the password you have chosen.

Contrary to what is stated in the newsletter, you need to submit only one copy of your abstract, which should be anonymous. Please follow the submission guidelines carefully, as improperly submitted abstracts will not be accepted.
If you are submitting a joint-authored paper there are two options.
(1) if you are ONLY submitting a joint-authored paper then you can register your name intially to include both names:
Smith, Marc and Simon Jones
(2) If you have already registered or are also submitting a single authored paper and so need to be registered as a single author, then please send us an email so that we have a record of which papers are joint-authored. This information will not be disclosed to reviewers.
After submitting your abstract, you can re-enter you account and edit your submission, as long as you remember your password.
