Technical information for presenters

Presentations should be in PowerPoint (please use widescreen format) and can either be emailed in advance or run from a USB stick on the day.  There is also the option for speakers to run presentations from their own laptops if they wish; this might be the best solutions for those with a Mac, as the presentations are loaded onto a PC running Windows. There will be an AV technician to assist as you deliver your presentation.

Newcastle University External speaker policy

Please note that all speakers taking part in an event hosted by Newcastle University are required to act in accordance with the University’s External Speaker Code of Conduct. http://www.ncl.ac.uk/media/wwwnclacuk/conferences/files/external-speaker-code-of-conduct.pdf
