Hotels offering discounted rates for Symposium delegates
All participants booking the Optional Excursion are required to pay the excursion fee, including those who have free Symposium places as Partner or Main Sponsor representatives.
For an additional fee, delegates attending only the Open Session (Built Projects 26 October 2016), who would appreciate further networking opportunities, can also attend the Symposium Dinner, to be held in the Discovery Museum (Thursday 27 October), or the excursion to Alnwick Castle (Saturday 29 October).
Additional places may be booked for the Symposium Dinner and optional excursion for guests not attending the Symposium.
Partners should email tensinet2016@ncl.ac.uk with nominations for the free Partner places (up to three). Nominees must register via the webstore link.
Authors of accepted papers
Each presenting author must register for the Symposium. Each paper will be allocated a unique Easychair reference number which must be quoted at the point of registration. In order for the paper to be published in the proceedings at least one unique author per paper must register and pay, quoting the unique Easychair reference number, before 21 August 2016. An author may present more than one paper, but can only qualify as the 'unique' registered author for a single paper; for those authors submitting multiple papers, a co-author must register for each additional paper.
