Second keynote speaker announced

Author Garth Nix will give a keynote address at Reading the Wall: The Cultural Afterlives of Hadrian's Wall conference, 15-17 June 2016 at Newcastle University.

Garth's Old Kingdom series consists of four books, Sabriel, Lirael, Abhorsen, and the prequel Clariel. In the series, the Wall forms a magical border in a broader frontier zone between the Old Kingdom and the nation of Ancelstierre.
