Entry Visa Requirements

To confirm if you require a travel visa to enter United Kingdom, please check with a United Kingdom Embassy/Consulate.  In the meantime, you may use this link as a guide.
Should you need an entry visa, please contact the United Kingdom Embassy/Consulate in your region or a passport/visa service to obtain one as soon as possible to allow time for processing.

Invitation Letters

Registrants will be able to request a Letter of Invitation during the Registration process which will be sent as a PDF attachment via email.  If you require a hard copy invitation letter to be mailed to you, you may request and pay for a hard copy invitation letter during the registration process. Fees must be paid in full to receive either the PDF letter or hard copy letter, and will be sent within 2-3 business days of payment.
