By registering for METh2024 you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation of Event

If for unforeseen circumstances we are forced to cancel the METh2024 conference, we will attempt to give as much notice as possible, and either schedule another date for the conference or refund registration fees. No compensation will be paid for any additional costs you may incur under such circumstances, such as travel and hotel costs.

Refunds

If you have registered but then are unable to attend the METh2024 conference then please contact the conference organiser.

If you email us to notify us that you desire a refund on or before 25 March 2024, then we will refund your entire registration fee. If you email us after this date we will be unable to refund any part of your registration fee.

This refund policy applies only to the registration fee and not to any other costs such as travel or hotel.

Copyright

All materials provided by participants remain owned fully by them. However, abstracts and recorded presentations are agreed to be licensed to the organisers for re-use as Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY 4.0): https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

Recording

By registering for METh2024, you consent to the recording of your voice and slides of presentations. These will be made available to the public after the event. By participating you agree to license your contributions with a CC-By 4.0 license as above. If you wish to opt-out from having your presentation recorded, please contact the conference organiser.

Contact

The personal registration data (name, affiliation, contact data) may be used by the organisers of future METh meetings to inform you about that event and other activities related to the event and the organisation.
