Registration closes on 26th May 2021 and the delegate fees are as follows:
Standard Rate: £50
Student Rate*: £25
*Both full-time and part-time registered students are eligible for the discounted student rate.
Interested but unable to attend?
If you are interested in the conference but are unable to attend in June 2021, please join our mailing list to be notified of future events.
1) The University reserves the right to cancel an Event for any reason prior to the start of the event. In the event of cancellation, delegates will be notified and a full refund of all fees will be made.
2) In the event of cancellation by the delegate, cancellation fees will be due as follows:
a) If an order is cancelled for any reason within 7 working days of the booking acknowledgment being issued, the delegate is entitled to a full refund unless the event has already started at which point the delegate’s cancellation rights cease immediately;
b) If an order is cancelled after 7 working days of the booking acknowledgment being issued and the cancellation is made over 10 working days before the event the delegate is entitled to a refund of 50%;
c) If an order is cancelled within 10 working days of the event the delegate is not entitled to any refund;
d) If the delegate fails to attend the event they are not entitled to a refund unless they have cancelled their booking in accordance with the above.
To request a refund in accordance with the above the delegate must notify the conference organising team in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The University will pay any refund to which the delegate is entitled as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
