1) The University reserves the right to cancel an Event for any reason prior to the start of the event. In the event of cancellation, delegates will be notified and a full refund of all fees will be made.
2) In the event of cancellation by the delegate, cancellation fees will be due as follows:
a) If an order is canceled for any reason within 7 working days of the booking acknowledgment being issued, the delegate is entitled to a full refund unless the event has already started at which point the delegate’s cancellation rights cease immediately;
b) If an order is canceled after 7 working days of the booking acknowledgment being issued and the cancellation is made over 10 working days before the event the delegate is entitled to a refund of 50%;
c) If an order is canceled within 10 working days of the event the delegate is not entitled to any refund;
d) If the delegate fails to attend the event they are not entitled to a refund unless they have cancelled their booking in accordance with the above.
To request a refund in accordance with the above the delegate must notify the conference organising team in writing by email to email@example.com. The University will pay any refund to which the delegate is entitled as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
