Join:     Join a group or organisation either a university student society or an outside organisation

Volunteer:   To be a Climate Ambassador visiting schools to inform young people, or you could join the Street Scientists team, visiting schools and events, which can include Environment issues.

Write:   Write to your MP or local councillors , or your own organisation

Study:   Study on one of our degree programmes

Live:      Think about your own lifestyle as well as these.  This chart - HnH Climate action list - (downloads as a PDF) gives lots of ideas for both 'small' actions (low-cost, maybe even saving money) and 'major' choices (e.g. holiday choices).  If you need to drive, for example, consider joining a Car Club - a 'hire by the hour' scheme that saves you money and hassle, e.g. Co-Wheels
