Post-Conference Excursion
Sunday 5th July
Coast, Castle, & Kippers!
On Sunday 5th July, we are offering an optional excursion to the Northumbrian coast, where we will take a gentle walk along unspoilt sandy beaches, passing a tumbling medieval castle, before arriving at a traditional country pub to sample some of the local delicacies, including Craster kippers. We will be returning to Newcastle from the pub at the end of the afternoon.
The coach leaves from the Hancock Layby, Newcastle University at 10.30am sharp.
The coach will leave from the Ship Inn at 4.30pm, arriving back by 5.45pm.
