On-site registration

• On-site registration will be held in the Percy Building (except on Saturday 3rd April when the registration desk will move to the foyer of the Ballroom).
• On-site registration will be open at the following times:
  - Wednesday 31st March: 11am - 8pm
  - Thursday 1st April: 8am - 5pm
  - Friday 2nd April: 8am - 5pm
  - Saturday 3rd April: 8am - 11am
• You will receive your delegate pack the on-site registration desk.
• We will be able to accept payment at the on-site registration desk in the following forms:
  i) credit card
  ii) sterling cheque payable to University of Newcastle
  iii) cash (GBP)
