Please ensure that you understand these before submitting your proposal, directing any queries to ss15@ncl.ac.uk. Submissions which do not contain the required information will be returned to the authors, and may not be considered at all if they are received close to the deadline.

Equipment Requirements

There will be a Windows computer or laptop, an LCD projector, and a live Internet hook-up in every room for every session. There will also be an overhead projector.

Poster presenters will be provided with a 6x4 feet (180x120 cms) board (landscape).
