NOTE (8th October 2003):

  • Only poster proposals will now be considered.
  • This form should not be used to resubmit an updated accepted proposal. These should be sent via email to ss15@ncl.ac.uk

If you wish to submit a proposal for a paper, poster, or themed panel (either workshop or colloquium) please complete the following form, paying particular attention to the information that is required about each category of proposal which you will find in the submission guidelines. Please ensure that you understand these before submitting your proposal, directing any queries to ss15@ncl.ac.uk. Submissions which do not contain the required information will be returned to the authors, and may not be considered at all if they are received close to the deadline.

You may 'cut and paste' information from your preferred word processing package into the form if you like.

Equipment Requirements

There will be a Windows computer or laptop, an LCD projector, and a live Internet hook-up in every room for every session. There will also be an overhead projector.

Poster presenters will be provided with a 6x4 feet (180x120 cms) board (landscape).
