Mr Prescott is a life long railwayman with an engineering education, but operating and commercial career, which has spanned both the public and private sector operation of the UK railway. Latterly working as a member of the Transport Scotland Rail Directorate he will deliver a talk on "A great idea - who wants it and how do they know that they want it?".
