Thanks to our successful funding application to AHRC we now can offer three bursaries of up to £50 each. In order to apply for one of these bursaries you need to be presenting either a paper or a poster at the conference and be a student at a UK university. A list of local B&Bs and hotels in the area is now available. You can also book Newcastle University accommodation at a cost of £25 pppn but we are awaiting confirmation of the booking process. We will update asap.

All the abstracts have now been reviewed and the results notified. Those who have been accepted for a paper or poster, please confirm by Friday 4th May.
The deadline for submission of abstracts has now closed. We have received a lot of abstracts and are in the process of reviewing them. We will contact everyone who submitted towards the end of April and provide some feedback where possible.
If you submitted an abstract and your email address changes, please inform the committee as soon as possible. Due to the high number of abstracts we will not be able to spend a lot of time trying to find you!
