Guidelines for abstract submission
  • The abstract should be sent either as an attachment, or in the main body of the e-mail message.
  • Ensure the abstract has a title, names and affiliations of authors.
  • Try to keep the abstract to a minimal length (e.g. 300 words) and if references are required, keep these to an absolute minimum.
  • In your e-mail message ensure that you identify the author who will present the paper if the submission is a platform paper, and in which session you would like to present.

  • Do not worry about formatting - this will be done in-house to ensure uniformity.

  • The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to the 30th of May 2004.
