Full paper

• Presentation: 17 minutes
• Q&A time: 8 minutes
• Total: 25 minutes

Short paper

• Presentation: 10 minutes
• Q&A time: 5 minutes
• Total: 15 minutes

Workshop summaries

• Presentation: 5 minutes
• Presented by the workshop/tutorial organizer
• Prepare two or three slides detailing your workshop/tutorial/hackathon experience.

Posters

• Size: up to A0 in portrait
• Put up your poster BEFORE the session

Flash talks

• Prepare one or two teaser slides for your work. You will talk over these slides for a maximum of 180 seconds (3 minutes) at the Flash talks session. Please be considerate and do not talk longer than 180 seconds. If you do, we will need to stop you.
• A title slide will be provided later this week (w/c 17/07/17).
