Registration and Visa

 Authors are expected to present their papers in person at the conference. Attendees, including authors, presenters, exhibitors and session chairs are required to register. Registration deadline is 18th August 2006. Registrations received after July 30th will be processed at the higher fee. 

 Conference fee for exhibitors, early-stage researchers and normal delegates includes:

 - attendance at all conference events (industrial news session etc);

 - one copy of the proceedings;

 - lunch and coffee each day;

 - conference dinner;

 - civic reception.

 Early stage researchers are defined as PhD students and they will need to send a letter from their Head of Departments to confirm this.

 Accompanying person program includes:

 - attendance at conference dinner;

 - attendance at civic reception.

 Some tourist events for the accompanying persons will be organized. They will register and pay for those separately.

 Registration Procedure:

 - download the ECSCRM2006 Registration Form (PDF*) and fill it in;

 - transfer money to the bank account given in the form or fill the credit card details. If you need an invoice to make the bank transfer, please send your invoice request to Organizing Committee by e-mail:  ECSCRM@eece.ncl.ac.uk

 - send or fax the registration form to Organizing Committee:

 IMPORTANT NOTE! Do NOT send the registration form by e-mail! Registration fee does NOT include hotel booking. Please, book hotels on-line through the Conference website and pay for that separately.

 Visa

 Meeting attendees from countries that require a visa to enter the United Kingdom are reminded that the process of visa obtaining may take several months. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early. The UKvisas website provides visa information that may be helpful to you.  Registration at the Venue

 Registration at the Venue and receiving of all conference documents will be available

 - on September 3rd, Sunday Evening at your Hotel if you booked your accommodation online through the Conference web page;

 -  on September 3rd, Sunday Evening at the Sage (5pm to 7pm);

 -  on September 4th, Monday Morning at the Sage.
