Revised Manuscript Preparation and Submission The deadline for submission of revised manuscripts is midnight Sunday 15th October.
The Proceedings of ECSCRM 2006 will be published by Trans Tech Publications. Please prepare camera-ready manuscripts following the TTP's instructions for authors.
A Manuscript Template (in Microsoft Word format as a .doc and .rtf file) with instructions is provided for your convenience. The only acceptable file formats are Microsoft Word or PDF (LaTex file type will not be accepted).
Please use only the fonts Times Roman (Times New Roman) and Helvetica (Arial) for the entire document including special characters (character map). Other fonts will cause the paper to reproduce incorrectly or may change a special character to a "square".
Set the page settings of your word processor to the A4 format with the margins: bottom 1.5 cm (0.59 in) and top 2.5 cm (0.98 in), right/left margins must be 2 cm (0.78 in), header 1.25 cm (0.49 in) and footer 0.5 cm (0.19 in). Do not change the margins and paper size. We shall be able to produce a pdf file from your paper only if the paper format and the margins are correct.
Remember to include details of all the co-authors including affiliations and postal addresses. E-mail addresses for authors are optional for the manuscript.
Manuscripts must adhere to the following length restrictions: contributed papers (both oral presentations and posters) maximum of 4 pages, invited papers (both oral presentations and posters) maximum of 6 pages.
Please provide keywords. Do not use PACS numbers or general keywords such as “silicon carbide” or “gallium nitride”. Keywords are used to prepare the index. You should choose keywords that will be likely to lead interested readers to your paper.

Copyright Forms The copyright form must be submitted to the Proceedings Editor, or we cannot consider your paper for publication in the Proceedings. You can choose one of three ways to submit the copyright form: a) Fax the signed form to +44 191 222 8180 (an alternative FAX number in case the other one is busy etc is +44 191 222 5372); b) Mail the signed form to: ECSCRM2006 Secretariat, School of Electrical, Electronic & Computer Engineering Merz Court, Newcastle University Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 7RU UK c) Scan the signed form and e-mail it to the following address:

Please return revised manuscript preferably as a Microsoft Word file (doc or rtf file). LaTeX file type will not be accepted. If your manuscript is submitted in .pdf form, please print to confirm that the scanned document conforms to the correct text dimensions (17 cm wide by 25 cm long).
Include your name and paper ID number in the subject line of the e-mail and set attached file name as "Paper ID-First author name" for example: Subject: WeP53-Vassilevski File name: WeP53-Vassilevski.doc
