Research group leader for PV Materials and Devices Laboratory in the Stephenson Institute for Renewable Energy. Prof Durose is the fundholder of the UK SUPERGEN PV21 thin film and advanced PV research programme, comprising a team of nine academic and nine industrial partners. His interests are in materials for PV, solar cell devices, transparent conductors, crystal growth processes and crystal defects, nanowire solar cells and advance materials characterisation. He joined the University of Liverpool in March 2011.
