Natalia joined Newcastle University London as a Senior Lecturer in International Business Strategy in September 2015. She has a PhD in Environmental Studies (2002) and a Bachelor Degree in Economics (1998). Natalia has held academic positions at Cardiff University, University of Surrey and University of Winchester. She is a programme director for BSc International Business Management (London campus) and an active researcher in the field of sustainable business and corporate social responsibility. She is on the editorial boards for The Extractive Industries and Society (Elsevier journal) and Resources (MDPI Journal).
