Registration for AVoCS 2011 is Now Open
Online registration for AVoCS 2011 is a two stage process. Stage one is to complete the online registration form whcih can be accessed via the 'Register Me Now' link at the bottom of this page. Stage two please call Louise Talbot on 0191 222 8070 to dicuss and confirm your chosen payment method.
Payment will be accepted via VISA, MasterCard Cheque or Company Invoice. Please note that if Cheque or Company invoice is opted for, payment must be received prior to the event. Please do not email any Credit Card or Bank Details. Company Invoicing is only available until Friday 26th August 2011 all registrations processed after this date must be paid via Credit Card due to time constraints.
Please ensure you supply the correct information and relevant payment details to enable swift transaction. We will not be able to process payment without the successful completition of stage one.
Early Registration Fees Summary:
Full Registration - £180 per person
This includes a copy of the proceeding, workshop programme & full refreshments for the duration of the event.
Student Registration: - £140 per person
This includes a copy of the proceeding, workshop programme & full refreshments for the duration of the event.
Microsoft Sponsorsed Placements:
Thanks to generous sponsorship from Microsoft, we are able to offer support in the form of 12 free PhD student places for thoses who are still registered for their PhD degrees. As well as being able to hear the technical programme, attendees will be present at the award of the Microsoft Milestone Award relating to the "Verified Software Initiative" to Janet Barnes and Rod Chapman for their publication of the Tokeneer Project.
Interested students should submit a short document (maximum one page) outlining their current research and how they think they would benefit from attendance at AVoCS along with email address.
Please send your submission to jodi.hossbach@ncl.ac.uk no later than Friday 31st August 2011. Awarded placements will be notified after the submission deadline.

Cheques:
- Please ensure cheques are made payable to Newcastle University and accompanied by a copy of the email confirmation at registration stage. Please allow sufficient time as all cheques must be cleared prior to the start of the event.
