NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau is working with Newcastle University to manage accommodation bookings for the event. Accommodation has been secured at a number of providers across NewcastleGateshead and, to ensure you book a room allocated to delegates, all bookings should be made through this website. Availability can only be guaranteed until 4th March 2011 – so please ensure you book early as hotels in the area tend to get extremely busy.
